Chef Soy's restaurateur journey from Las vegas to Utah
We started as a small business in the heart of Holladay, originally opening under the name of Rice Basil. Chef Soy is the creator and the executive chef behind our amazing menu. His restaurateur journey started working back of house in Las Vegas restaurants where he realized his passion for the food industry, aspiring to open a restaurant of his own. Chef Soy is known for exploring exquisite flavors in his artistic dishes. Despite countless obstacles from running a restaurant business, he never gave up but focused on improvement. Our delicate dishes come from numerous trial and error and have come to perfection. His ultimate belief in quality of food and service has brought us to where we are now. With four locations in Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, and Sugar House we have come to appreciate the amazing support of our clientele and hardworking staff whom we will always cherish.
